Part 3 : Big Themes for 2025 onward-what David and others are doing now
This is the "Big themes for 2025 and onward" section.
Where is the best place to invest NOW, for compounding returns in the stock market and where is best to invest in real estate?
Get David's (and his special guests) thoughts on what will be the best, and worst investments in the coming years. David has been extremely accurate on his view points, well before the crowd in general.
Here are some of David's past insights on extraordinary investments he highlighted in the past 20 months to his elite TUI Masters group, well before the market recognized their potential.
1. In March 2023, David told the group that the buildout of AI would likely lead to a stock market bubble, and he would own the biggest and best tech companies (the magnificent seven). The average return of those 7 stocks is *135%* in the past 18 months as of Sept 2024.
2. We valued Berkshire Hathaway in June 2023 at our annual The Ultimate Investor Masters group trip at an exclusive, Private Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ, where David is a member. That stock is up >35% since then.
3. In August, 2024, David shared that Alibaba was extremely undervalued. Its revenue has increased 1400% over 10 years, but the stock only moved 1%. Since then, the stock is up over 40% over the course of a few weeks.
4. At the June 2024 annual Bedminster get together, David said that if Musk settled his pay package at Tesla, the stock would move much higher. We also discussed the potential of the robot business beyond cars. Tesla had doubled 5 months later.
5. When Argentina elected a new president, David predicted that this would be very positive for Argentinian companies’ earnings, and he gave several ways to participate. The Merval Stock Index in Argentina is up around 90% since he mentioned that.
